3. Update on The Education Network
   Minutes: Ann Faraone, Director of Student Intervention, presented Board Members with an update on the changes that have recently been made at the Education Network and reviewed the Production Approval Document.
   
   Judy Garcia, Manager - Instructional TV, provided Board Members with information on the following: studios; transmission system; new tower; Video on Demand; Webcast; and studio control.
   
   Greg Kenney, Producer/Programmer, summarized the following: Comcast Channel 19; student productions; sports events; school district news; and information.
   
   Margaret Carlson, Media Specialist, reviewed the (S.T.A.R.S.) School Technology and Resource Support Program.
   
   Marion Weil, Assistant Director of Distance Learning, reviewed the Distance Learning Program and highlighted the field service process.
   
   Jane Kupperman, Specialist, presented information regarding community involvement; partnerships; collaborations; and underwriting opportunities.
   
   Board Members discussed the following: programming on updating what teachers are currently doing; and Best Practices.
